Kevin Kincaid, Owner

Kevin became the owner of Carpet One in 2021, bringing with him over 35 years of experience in General Contracting with a focus on Property Development. He originally joined our team in the spring of 2018 and has since played a key role in driving our growth and commitment to quality. Kevin’s leadership combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for helping customers create spaces they love.

Lisa Kalnas,  Retail Sales

Lisa brings three years of experience in residential retail sales and customer service. She is highly knowledgeable in guiding customers through the design process and takes pride in helping them choose flooring solutions that best suit their needs and style preferences.

Brenda Martinez, Accounting

Brenda has been with Carpet One for three years working in the Accounting and Administrative position. She comes with 10 years of experience in accounting. Brenda really enjoys working in the flooring industry.

Mike Ryan, Commercial Estimator

Mike has been with Carpet One for the past 45 years. Mike has a vast knowledge of all types of flooring applications from retail to commercial to project management. His primary focus is mid to large commercial projects.

Andy Coffrin, Commercial Estimator

Andy is a commerical estimator who has been at carpet one for a little over four years. He especializes in commercial jobs and estimating on all size projects.

John Mescal, Wearhouse Manager 

John has been at Carpet one for over ten years as a wearhouse manager. He supervises daily wearhouse activities and insures the customer's orders are complete.
